24.01.2022 "I had my initial hypnotherapy session with Ruby at the beginning of December. It was my first ever hypnotherapy session and I loved it! Ruby’s voice is so calming and helps transition you into a hypnotic trance-like state. I recorded my session and listened to it everyday for 7 days as she prescribed and I must say the results have been amazing! I have noticed the trigger patterns I wanted to work on releasing have subsided. I feel energetically lighter and ready to step up to the next level in my life. I’ve been daydreaming about this moment for the last year and a half, wondering when everything was going to align. We wanted to create something that would bypass the mind so that humans could viscerally feel what happens in our workshops before they attended, and I feel like we’ve finally got there. I also wasn’t expecting for us to get here either, and I don’t know even what here is.
