19.01.2022 i dnt think its fully integrated nor sunk in.. guys .. im a fukn Reiki Master! i had the huge honour of sitting along side beautiful folk & being guided through the strait up privilage tht is Reiki Mastership, by our goddess of a Master, Cherie at @mamashouseofserenity cherie attunes & teaches approx 100 students a year in reiki only choosing 4-6 to part take in Masters. the responsibility is massive for me i do not take this lightly. 16.01.2022 *CHECK IN WITH SELF* hi beautifuls, with so much happening out there, i am opening up to hold space for u to check in with ur Self. if u feel to,stop what ur doing. ... put a hand on ur heart space & a hand just above ur belly button. take 3 big deep belly breaths in through ur nose & out through ur mouth. let some sound come through on the exhale just BE with urself for a moment. breathe normally. explore ur body for any tention. in hale and flow tht breath to the tention. feel any emotions u may have present. know that what ever ur feeling is ok. ask if u need to act on these/this feelings. if so, what is it ur body would like. if nothing else comes to u now, in this moment, give urself a little shake. u know like a dog, yeah, like tht ! its a shake off, releases any sort of enery/emotions tht were are present for u. so theyre not trapped in ur body. feel free to share anything in the comments if u are in need of a check in from me, please let me know. i feel today is an important day to reach out to anyone who is finding things challenging. i expand the light & life force energy from me, to you all. 07.01.2022 it truly does. ive been the victim. im now the survivor. once i shed the victim mentality, everything in life seemed .. ok. i was able to start moving thru the pain, i was able to shift my emotions to work for my greatest good & well being. when i became the survivor, as opposed to the victim, i felt a sense of pride. a sense of wow! look at me go after what i experienced. it set me up for the road ahead. ... energy work began for me before i even realised it, i wasnt qualified or studied in anythin but i was naturally doin things to help heal myself & tap into energetic notions. becoming a survivor was my number one stepping stone to healing, without a shadow of a doubt. i am open to support u exploring & anchoring the survivor in u, i cant DO it, i can absolutely support YOU through tht journey LoveLoveLove

06.01.2022 hurt people, hurt people & trying to find healing from those who hurt u. its pretty safe to acknowledge tht people who are hurting can/do project tht onto others, consciously or subconsciously. it can be an exchange between those involved or with a complete innocent bystander. does it make it ok ? no. of course not. we can try come from a place to understand tht a person is projecting their pain onto us/others. we need to know that its their stuff, not ours. not our respon...sibility to do anythinf apart from honour our boundaries and self. we can hold compassion & empathy for this, im sure we have all been here at least once in our life. on either side of the hurt. also, i feel we can sometimes look to those who (to us that we/they consciously or unconsciously) caused that pain grief or hurt, for healing or for answers. its very unlikely to find healing from those who hurt us. one can push and push and push thinking or hoping they can find peace or answers, u wont find it from them. or anyone actually. it is in YOU. it HAS to come from YOU. its aunthentic and so true to u. this hugely incoporates boundaries as well. i truly feel boundaries and healing are super intwined. they compliment each other. if this resonates with u, feel free to chat in the comments or perhaps ud like to book an in-house / remote healing session with me.
