11.01.2022 As we find ourselves at the end of 2020 and creating a new normal I take with me lots of new insights and learnings. I will be finishing up my daily online classes on the 18th December. I wish to extend my gratitude to all the beautiful yogis that kept the practice alive each day with me, it helped me get through some challenging times and offered so much joy to begin each day with you!
