05.01.2022 For those that may read this & wonder who Rose is ? Rose is my Transplanted Kidney who keeps me alive. I suffered sudden kidney failure in March 2013 & lost everything in life from my health to all my animals & house on land. I did dialysis for 3 years before being able to receive a kidney transplant on 16/6/16. My partner donated as one of a chain of people making up 14 - 7 live donors & 7 recipients. The paired exchange kidney transplant through Red Cross. ... I am one of the lucky ones I get to live daily. And live I try my best to do now ! Never underestimate a day in front of you - you have the same amount of hours in a day as the next person. Get up, get dressed & put a smile on your face & live life every day. Tomorrow is never guaranteed. So there’s a bit of my story. Please if you can do one thing today if you haven’t already & that is become an organ donor. You may save a life one day.
