18.01.2022 Social distancing not stopping these incredible people to think and make a constant effort during adverse situations. Diwali no longer just a festival in Tasmania, it became a lead for a social change in multicultural Australia. Diwali Tasmanian's established grass-root connections helped a lot in signaling the higher authorities in making appropriate decisions during COVID-19.... Photo: From a recent Diwali Committee meeting- a good mix of people including the young generation to the most senior members of the community. #Keepupthegoodwork #Helpingthecommunities #COVID19 #DiwaliTas
17.01.2022 Over the past few years, Diwali has been celebrated in our island state not only as a festival but as a trademark to showcase the beauty of Tasmania’s multiculturalism. This year the pandemic might stopped the mega Diwali event but it should not stop us from sharing the joy and spreading the love Keep the smile modes on... Best wishes. #DiwaliTas #Multiculturalism #Diwali2020 #Tasmania
