15.01.2022 Master Builders Best Heritage Renovation 2018. We are incredibly proud to have won this award. It was a very special project for a very special lady. Whilst the original building was quaint and tidy it was in need of a major spruce up and to bring it into the 21st century. It was important to our client and ourselves that the heritage aspect of its original state and the surrounding homes in the area was maintained throughout construction....and that the final product was a testimony to the memory of our clients late husband. This project was challenging and at some times emotional but overall it was a very special home that we are so happy & proud to present to you all "The Patrick".

Preparing for a cyclone... * Assemble an emergency kit that includes things like first aid supplies, torch, battery operated portable radio, important documents and medicines. * Regularly clear gutters and rubbish from around your property. * Ensure your family members and/or employees know how to turn off mains supply for water, power and gas. * Make sure your property has clear access for emergency services. * Have an evacuation plan and discuss with your family and/or employees. * Regularly check the condition of your propertys roof and arrange the repair of any loose tiles, eaves or roof screws. * Fit windows with shutters or metal screens. * Ensure your vehicle is in good working order. * If you receive a warning for your area, charge your mobile battery and fill up the car if possible. At the onset a cyclone * First and foremost, the safety of you, your loved ones and employees should come first. For any emergencies, please call 000. * Use local alerts and warning systems to get information and expert informed advice. * If safe to do so, move your vehicle undercover and secure any outdoor furniture and other items. * Fill buckets, sinks and baths with water in case the water supply becomes restricted. * Gather everyone indoors including any pets. * Stay away from doors, windows and exterior walls. * Turn off all electricity, gas and water and unplug all appliances. 02.01.2022 Another one of our amazing builds away from the standard brick veneer home. Wall cladding is a great idea to change up the exterior look of your home, and we couldnt be more happy with how this one turned out. ALLLMOST at handover stage now, were proud to hand the keys to this one over! (And its not a bad view, either!)

01.01.2022 How did you fare during and after cyclone Debbie? Those who had generators and or gas cooktops would have saved themselves a lot of stress....I know from my own personal experience and after speaking with many others that not having power for 4 or 5 days and having the luxury of these items made life a hell of a lot easier! Its worthwhile considering purchasing a generator and having a generator point installed to the power box of your home, new or old. On another aspect of the cyclone recovery..... it has been refreshing to see the push by our local residents for local builders to carry out insurance repairs. We have been inundated with work & quote requests since the cyclone...only too happy to help!
