25.01.2022 Great fun night.. 18th Birthday...ex-All Hallows girls.. danced non-stop... from start to finish... Had 60 girls for first 3 hours ... only 2 guys.. stunning girls go wild... most guys arrived later...... Really nice fun people... very glamourous... Beautiful house... even had their own bowling alley and theatre downstairs.. great family!!

22.01.2022 Fantastic Wedding - Stamford Plaza Guests went to St Josephs Gregory Terrace and Girls Grammar.. met at the Terrace Dances we did.. (128 in total... over 25 yrs)... Our brief - Buble - Elegant, classy Jazz - - transform the Grand Ballroom into a nostalgic 'Terrace Party' / NightClub. Bride led the crowd out front in Cha Cha Slide and line dancing... nice people... really fun crowd!! They wanted the last song to be "All the Small Things" Blink182... (most favourite Tce Dance Song... of all time)

18.01.2022 Champagne... Vinyl... before CDs... That was the 1989 Bunny Ball.. we did the event management, marketing and sales... Compiled mailing database with 5000 names... Committee folded and mailed out 3000 flyers by hand... Beer, wine, champagne, 3 fork dishes, Jazz Band, 16pce Big Band, Rock Band and DjDangerfield... 800 guests, Black Tie..... 1000 Easter eggs... we had to truck in the marquee and hire a crane to lift it and the dance floor onto the Deck at Fridays... not easy... a long day of work til dawn.. Those were the days... you had to do it all yourself... no internet...lol See more

17.01.2022 Genesis Primary - Only had time to take 2 pix at the start - kids screamed and cheered the whole show ! 3 hour gig - 14 hours of work - 2 days to recover! Great Night! 300 plus kids - DJ Nathan Payn led the dancing out front - on stage performance. Highlight was the "Nae Nae dance-off"...!

17.01.2022 This was the decor we had at the 60th Birthday gig I did for Tom Burke (Caxton St Catering) - Tuesday Nite 9 Aug...in a warehouse... Amazing Nite.. Top echelon of the Brisbane hospitality scene...Jano - The Prophouse... Mark - Staging Dimensions.. I worked 19hrs straight - til 6am... fuzzy camera... All temporary.. brought in for the nite... warehouse was just an empty brick shell...

15.01.2022 St Laurences Staff Party - wild night - teachers let their hair down! Requested all their favourite songs from their own School & Uni days...plus current tracks..... UQ College theme songs & fav's... Heaps of People came up and said "Hi" - ex-UQ, Terrace, Lauries, Duchesne College, lots of others.. real nostalgia.. great crowd..!

13.01.2022 This crowd were the original real "Party Animals" at UQ at the beginning of the height of the Uni era.. we did all their Cocktail Parties, Keg nites, Med Balls (2500ppl), Togas, the Wong Ball... even some 24hr Parties!! Great Crowd.. still really great friends... quite a few I knew from my Uni days.... they danced for 2hrs after dinner.. all uni fav's.. they would've danced all night if we'd let them.. :)... They even went on to the Cocktail bar til late closing...! Great bunch of people...

13.01.2022 St Aidans Junior Dance tomorrow nite.... 11 nites of gigs in the next 14 days...lots of school dances, weddings, 21sts, Halloween, Kids Parties, Decade Birthday...s, Awards Nites... Busy season starts now.... :) Hit105 - Stav, Abby & Osher School Dance - at the Regatta next Tuesday nite - they now have Havana Brown doing a set with us.. full intell light rig and PA... should be cool :) St Aidans Senior Dance - last for the Yr12 - Sat 5 Nov OLR Kenmore, Graceville, Macgregor, Brookfield, TSAC ... Graduations... Whew!!

Well, we've done several huge Uni shows for 9,000 ppl - including UQ Toga parties, O-Week P...ool Parties, Balls etc An End-of-Decade Ball for 8,000 ppl, More than 950 UQ College & Faculty Balls, Cromwell Bunkers, for 1000-2000 ppl.... and corporate events... Nite Clubs... Around 500 larger school dances for 2000-3000 students... About 1200 medium school dances for 500-1500 ppl... . .. and close to 6000 domestic parties, birthdays, weddings, etc. with 50 to 100-300 ppl The smallest shows... a club trophy nite and kids birthdays for as few as 5 kids... :)

08.01.2022 I remember playing this (Bay City Rollers) at a certain Brigidine Yr10? dance in 1974 in the little wooden hall next to the church at Indro.... I was still at school... John C and 2 guys were on stage with us... one of them was wearing a check shirt... the girls started squealing and screaming.. some of them were dressed in tartan.. then we twigged.... we found a wig on stage and put it on... That was it! .. the girls grabbed him and dragged him off the stage onto the floor...... jumping all over him tearing at his shirt.... so we all started miming to the song and playing air guitars.... That's when I realized there might be something to this music DJ thing! See more

04.01.2022 Worked at the Regatta last night with Tony Dangerfield for the Hit105 school dance do over. What a night! Played a bunch of music from the 90's and early 2000's. Also had an appearance by international DJ Havana Brown. What a performance!
