18.01.2022 I had the best time performing my last 3 sessions of #westhollywood this morning at F45 Training Noosa this morning. Fueled with uplifting and high energy beats it was great so see all the members putting in a massive effort for their Valentines themed Super Saturday. Expressing my biggest thanks to owners Brett Roche Jacqui Hollins and the trainers @alexandra main @pierre Robino @sattori villis @jo for your support and making me feel valued as an extended member of your team. We’ll be smashing out the workouts via the app and send our biggest thanks and gratitude to the members for the donation tin and putting in on my watch.
