21.01.2022 Territorians looking to realise their dream of building their own home in 2021 can access additional funding, now that the BuildBonus Grant has been extended. ...BuildBonus has already generated millions into the Territory economy, and its extension will ensure there’s plenty more in the pipeline heading into the New Year. This grant is not only helping hundreds of Territorians realise their dream of building their own home, but it’s also keeping local tradies on the tools. My government has done everything it can to buy local and back in the construction industry during the pandemic local jobs means local spending and as many people as possible getting a win. We are seeing a surge in the real estate market for the first time in years. Residents are choosing to stay longer, and more are making the move to the Territory so we need to capitalise on this important opportunity and make the Territory the best place in the country to build and own a home.

02.01.2022 The Gove The Gove is our most recent tropical design and features a central living space that connects to a large deck, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a single bay carport. The simple shape and form make it cost effective for those families eager to experience the joys of Top End rural living. The gable roof is ideal for maximum rain and sun protection, with a skillion roof over the outdoor area that creates an interesting roofline. Key sustainable design features includ...e lightweight wall construction that cools down fast at night, two windows per bedroom and living space to ensure maximum cross ventilation for minimal air conditioning use, and a semi elevated design to capture those wet and dry season breezes. This cost effective design is aimed to assist first home buyers to enter the market Any further information regarding floor plans and pricing please email [email protected] or check out our website at www.djcbuild.com.au Architecture by Sabi-Design
