22.01.2022 Risky Business for Movie Hits Thursday!! What is SWAMP n SWEAT? What do you actually DO? Why?... Well it’s pretty much this Women dancing. Women bonding. One of us had 3 hours sleep with a restless child, one wasn't in the mood and another is fighting off a sore throat. It was fair to say NONE of us really wanted to dance this morning, let alone film it! But once the music started and we got our moves on, the laughter flowed and we felt lighter. We SWAMPED out the BS stories we had going on and worked up a sweat while we did it! The positive effects amplified because we were in it together.
