04.01.2022 This school holidays why not bring the kids to experience a creative workshop. Take them away from the screens for 2hrs of re-connecting to nature and exploring their innate creativity. With my background as a Kyela Sound Therapist I will lead the children to explore their own creativity through creation of a set of clapping sticks, play with sound healing instruments and a nurturing breathwork and relaxation session. This workshop is suitable for ages 3yrs and above. With a...n inclusive and non-judgemental approach I welcome children with special challenges and of all abilities. 01.01.2022 Ive been a bit quiet the last couple of weeks with my posts and the reason is that I have been birthing a medicine drum. I chose to do an online workshop with Catherine Fewings and am so glad that I did! It was a very nurturing & healing journey for myself. Completing the process in several sessions gave me time to not only create exactly what I envisioned but it also allowed me to assimilate things that came up for me and to really immerse myself in the process of birthing ...my drum. I also had the added benefit of creating in my own space - which I think is very special. As a result I have a magnificent drum which is truly part of me & is extremely special as she also embodies my equine soulmates who have moved to another plane of existence. I will share with you in another post what this amazing drum brings to us in the form of healing energy.
