I am truly grateful that I chose DJ Roberts to build my home. From the very start you guys were helpful and always available to answer any questions I had about the whole building process. As a single female with only a little knowledge on the process of building my own home, DJRoberts set out to reassure me that they were here to help the process run smoothly. And that they did. The build ran smoothly with no hiccups. And the team made me feel valued and answered all questions no matter how silly it was. I got into my new home 2 and a half months ahead of the contract schedule. I was consulted at every step. If my working hours wouldn't allow me the time to see the stage completed then, the amazing team at DJ Roberts sent me photos of that stage. I would recommend everyone to build through DJRoberts and enjoy a family owned business that comes with a real family feeling about it. From the sales consultant, the lovely ladies in the office, Dave the owner, Daniel my builder i was treated with respect and really felt like a valued customer. "Good morning Team Roberts Apologies for the delayed response to provide feedback, but have been a tad busy settling in!... Just want you to know that we LOVE our new home. The whole process from the initial enquiry to handover was conducted in a very professional manner. Liesa Rickets communicated on a regular basis during the build any queries we had were resolved and dealt with expediently. Liesa was extremely understanding and supportive of our special needs and it was a pleasure to work with her. Our allocated supervisor, Adam was very respectful and kept us informed on all matters associated with the progress of the build on a regular basis. All the trade persons who worked on site were respectful and obviously took a great deal of pride in their respective roles The build was completed within the time frame stated and there was only one minor defect on handover which was rectified within a couple of hours. The standard of the finish in our view is of a high quality. Should the need arise we would not hesitate to build again with the DJRoberts team. Thank you for our lovely home.
