When we first decide to attempt to walk instead of crawling to the dog’s food plate, it is a result of making a choice to face disappointment as well as much trial and error until we succeed. There was no obligation set on us by parents or siblings, but a lot of encouragement, until that day when on the hundred and first or so attempt, we make it to the strong arms of a proud and beaming parent. This early success... has armed us with the ability to discern the difference between, choices and obligations. So, remember if you have a choice, which is most of the time, then make a decision and be proud to own the outcome. So, it is with the obligation of risk mitigation, which we must apply to all decision making, and the choice to employ risk management disciplines to deal with the circumstance at hand.
