22.01.2022 The @lifestylecommunitiesau Clubhouse wraps around a gorgeous landscaped courtyard, maintaining an open connection to the natural environment outside. In addition to a warm, autumnal palette, spatial planning and considered flow of interiors maintained this connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The curvature of the exterior along with the abundant floor-to-ceiling glass help to orient each space in line of sight to the courtyard at every touchpoint.

13.01.2022 For our @lifestylecommunitiesau project, DKO sought meaningful and comfortable ways in which residents could feel connected to the surrounding environment. The palette for this project centred around the luscious Victorian autumn months, utilising rich greens, burnt orange and light beige throughout the interior and exterior. The contrast of light and dark timbers further reinforced the warm sun and cool shade, with gorgeous natural stone and warm metal finishes completing the seasonal mood.

13.01.2022 Combining timeless materiality and a sculpted form with open-plan living spaces and generous outdoor sanctuaries, Riserva’s architecture presents an exemplar of modern luxury, gifted with views of the Cammeray Harbour, Northbridge Golf Course and surrounding greenery. The facade’s sculpted blades are informed by the views from each room with the balconies placed in such a way that they become a natural extension of the internal spaces.

07.01.2022 Excited to see our Red Hill project in Brisbane complete. The alterations and additions to an existing 1930s Queenslander respect the heritage context of the streetscape while creating generous spaces nestled amongst the treetops. @dko_architecture collaborated with @out2design, Ice Engineering and @constructrightbuilding for a wonderful result.

Robust and horizontal in form, mimicking its coastal surroundings, Port House capitalises on the expansive northern view across the Tasman.
