24.01.2022 Hey gang, if you ever need to use a courier service, DO NOT use Couriers Please. I called a shop on Monday 18th of November and placed an order at 9:30. I made sure to call early on the Monday as I wanted it for this weekend. Kudos to the vendor as by 12:30 on the Monday, the item had been picked up from them by Couriers Please. My package sat in their depot for two days and was then transferred to the Queensland Regional Agent (I've since found out that this is a 3rd party t...hat Couriers Please sub contract to) at 06:12 on Wednesday the 20th of November and... Is still there. I wasted two hours of my life today calling Couriers Please but the ONLY contact number for them is answered by the cheerfully useless staff in the PHILIPPINES! They appologised profusely and almost managed to sound sincere but promised me a "ticket" had been opened and they would launch an investigation. I asked for the name of the 3rd party courier or a phone number to see if I could somehow get my package today but no can do, that's secret internal business. But, I would probably have my package on Monday the 25th of November and if not, almost definitely by Tuesday the 26th. Did I already mention the investigation? Yeah, that'll start on Monday the 25th. So it's going to be at least 7 days (although judging by their professionalism so far, I'm banking on 8 or 9 days) to transport a 4oz bottle of paint from Coorparoo to Pomona - a distance of 140km. I honestly didn't think it was possible for a courier service to be slower than Australia Post, but there you go, surprised again. After a very brief search on the internet, it seems like no one has anything positive to say about Couriers Please. When did shit service become the norm?

It sounds like you need a local powder coater who specialises in smaller parts and doesn't charge a fortune. Well, luckily for you, I am that local powder coater and can do anything from brake calipers to push bike frames or old brass taps to rocker covers, carburettors and air filters. Or perhaps the man in your life needs a set for the man cave, in flat black, olive drab or Chevy Orange? The spray bottles would look equally smart in your home or in a salon. They are a 250ml, conical, stainless steel spray bottle, powder coated in a range of fabulous colours and I'm selling them for $12.95 The... picture shows some of the colours available. The three-bottle beauty sets are 1 x 250ml bottle with a lotion pump, 1 x 150ml bottle with a lotion pump and 1 x 100ml bottle with a serum pump. The bottles are brand new aluminium bottles with brand new pump tops. The bottles are powder coated in the same range of fabulous colours and I'm selling the three-bottle set for $24.95. If you buy a three-bottle set and a spray bottle, I will discount the total to $35.00. Payment would be through a PayPal invoice and I will post anywhere in Australia, you pay the postage. Apart from the fantastic array of colours available, powder coat is far harder wearing than paint and is impervious to all but the nastiest chemicals - typically paint and powder coat strippers.
