18.01.2022 Please be aware that if you are wanting a deep clean for a house inspection,a spring clean or its your first clean this is going to take longer than two hours I have had a few people expecting us to do a full house deep clean for 2 hours for a rental inspection or a new clean in very little time at all. Now I would love to be able to transform your home in a two hour appointment but im afraid we take pride and care in what we do making sure we do the job properly and effici...ently. please be aware that your first clean will take longer than needed if it has been a while since you had a cleaner or just havent had time to catch up. We have appointments scheduled daily so we dont let our next client down at thier homes. We like to provide a professional service that is done to the best of our ability. Turning up late or cutting corners is not good for my buisness that i have built up over the years. I have such amazing clients and just want to make sure they get 100% as you would want from the service we provide. I will only honor appointments after a meet and greet has taken place. As this is so i can meet in you in person go through ID checks talk about your home and go though your requirments as every home is personal to their owner. We go through exactly what is required so we as a team can provide you with you with the right imformation and timescale. These time allocations can vary so you will always be given a estimation price we do try and provide an accurate quotation because i dont believe in surprise over costings but please be aware until we are actually are there with our materials and eye for details we cant provide an exact costing. We do aim to have your home sparkling and we do put our very best into your homes but sometimes this can take a few cleans to get it up to a manageable standard and then its just a case of us maintaining it on your weekly or fornightly cleans. Its also important to say that if you have bookshelves, cabinets with lots of very important trinkets and also childrens toys shelves full that if you would like them cleaned/dusted please if you could remove and put them in a safe place. We will dust over and around but this sometimes take a lot longer if we removed them and placed them back carefully, its just bucks you could save have in your pocket. Sometimes a little list would be helpful so if you say you dont need your whole house mopping or hoovering cause you havent used it or you cleaned the bathroom and it dont need doing we can do other tasks (time dependent) that you think that its a job you have been meaning to catch up on. 03.01.2022 Thankyou so so much for all my clients being understanding about this week me being off due to new family commitments. We have a new member to add to our gorgeous family little phoebe (8 weeks). settling her in this week has been an important must for her to get used to being taken from her siblings and her parents she is doing really well settling into our household with our other beautiful sausage dog Peanut who is crazy in love with her. There has been plenty of sleepless nights and puppy tears but all being well the nights are getting easier thankgod for cofffee! So Next week i will be back to make your homes sparkle again.
