21.01.2022 Greetings Drivers, Members and Fans, The DMA Executive, unfortunately, has to announce that the 20/21 Australian Title to be held at Brisbane's Ausdeck Patios Archerfield Speedway has fallen victim to the current COVID-19 situation. This joins an extensive list of titles from other divisions that have faced the same fate. The DMA Executive team and Promoter John Kelly were working hard behind the scenes to try and keep the event on the calendar, however with the current vo...latile border situation, as well as the economic strain facing race teams as a result of Covid this year means not all teams could attend the event. All parties have agreed that this was the fairest decision for all of the members around the country and the race fans. The DMA is committed to ensuring the well being and safety of teams and fans is paramount while putting on the best show possible and will continue to work with the promoters to provide this into the future. 09.01.2022 NEWS FLASH Due to a short but heavy downpour late last night, VR has cancelled the practice session scheduled tomorrow night. The priority is to ensure a great racing surface for Friday and Saturday.... All drivers will receive two practice runs before the official start of racing on Friday. Scrutineering, BBQ, Calcutta and friendly chit chat will go ahead tomorrow as planned. Drinks will be available from 5.30pm Getting excited for an awesome event.
