25.01.2022 Dear DMC patients, whilst we navigate these difficult times ahead of the pandemic, we will changing our arrangements at DMC to assist you and keep us all as saf...e as possible. We will be receiving advice from the NSW Public Health Unit, the Chief medical Officer of Australia, the Royal Australasian College if General Practitioners. Our practice policy will be subject to change at short notice and we encourage you to check this site before attending the practice. As of Monday 23rd March 2020, in the Public health interest, we will not be seeing any patients at the practice, face to face, with symptoms of runny or congested nose, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath. Please call reception and arrange a telephone consultation with your regular doctor, or proceed to your closest hospital Emergency department if you feel you need urgent attention.

18.01.2022 DMC Medical Centre takes the responsibility for the health and safety of their staff and patients very seriously. At this time we are working very hard to imp...lement procedures to maintain the health of patients and staff from the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with current government directives, ANY PATIENT THAT ATTEMPTS TO ATTEND THE PRACTICE WHILST REQUIRED TO BE IN ISOLATION AS DIRECTED BY THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY. Please do not threaten or abuse our staff in the hope that you may attend the practice. Any patient that is required to self-isolate is eligible for bulk billed phone consult services. This includes any patients in isolation due to overseas travel in the last 14 days, any COVID-19 patients, any patients that are contacts of known COVID-19 cases, and anyone that has been tested and required to self isolate. Please note for any emergencies for self-isolating patients, please call 000 (do not go to emergency at a hospital unless you notify them that you are self-isolating first). See more

05.01.2022 BULK BILLED PHONE & TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR ALL PATIENTS AT DMC! This is available by appointment. Simply book online either via our webs...ite www.dmcmedical.com.au or the book online tab on our Facebook page, or call us on 9819 6666. All consultations will now initially be conducted by phone and your doctor will then book you in for a face to face onsite appointment if required. All patients will be triaged by our doctors on the phone for any face to face consult including flu vaccines, so please call us first before coming in. Please note that any walk ins will be booked in for a phone appointment as well (so you can wait from the convenience of your own home rather than in our practice). This is to ensure the safety of all our staff and patients.
