23.01.2022 Lets get ready to...train! On Monday the 22nd June we get to welcome you back into the DMDs MMA gym, and we cant wait! Due to the COVID-19 restrictions currently in place there are a few things you need to know: 1. You will need to book a spot in each class as class size limits apply. You can book by going to: https://www.picktime.com/DMDsClassBookings (save to your favourites) OR go to www.dmdmma.com.au and click the BOOK NOW button. Please be aware we require 24 hours not...ice if you wish to cancel your booking. This allows us to offer the spot to someone who may have missed out and keeps it fair for everyone. 2. You will need to bring your own gloves to every class. Gloves are available for sale in the gym if you dont have a pair. 3. Bring a full water bottle as the water fountain will not be in operation. 4. Bring a towel. 5. Classes will be structured in a way to allow for physical distancing so everyone stays fit and healthy. 6. The showers will not be available for use (the toilets remain available) and enhanced cleaning procedures will be in place. See more

In response to this announcement we would like to support those who will be unable to attend DMDs classes in person for the duration of the restrictions by streaming the scheduled kickboxing/Muay Thai and boxing classes at 6:00pm each evening via Zoom. 01.01.2022 Starting on the evening of Thursday the 9th July, DMDs will continue to provide a service by moving classes to the Zoom platform for the duration of Stage 3 restrictions in Melbourne. All currently scheduled kickboxing/Muay Thai and boxing classes will be led by your usual trainers include technique, strength and conditioning elements and commence at the usual time. To allow for the challenges of any virtual class, kickboxing/Muay Thai and boxing classes will be limited to 1... hour in duration. You will need a set of 1-2 kg hand weights or alternative (eg. cans of veges or bottles of water) and a medicine ball or alternative (eg. heavy backpack, dumbbell plate or 2L bottle filled with water). Be ready for some intense training sessions! All classes from Monday to Thursday and Saturday morning boxing at 10am can be accessed via this link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84681684221. There is no need to pre-book your classes just join us!
