22.01.2022 Absolutely incredible! Another amazing transformation by Tony. Scope: Perth Company with major constraints due to inadequate storage system. .... DMD was able to provide a new storage system that provided immediate relief from what they were experiencing which was: 1) Constant double and triple handling of goods that were incorrectly stored 2) Unable to efficiently pick key components required to fulfil daily order volumes 3) Not able to bring in the volume and types of new lines due to room constraints 4) Unable to take advantage of bulk buys from suppliers, therefore losing future opportunity 5) Staff dissatisfaction and poor output due to constantly having to " juggle " their work area to achieve desired daily output . Our new DMD Cantilever Rack provided the following: 1) Products stored in correct locations and having full access to any product when required 2) Greater stock line capacity of all key components resulting in faster pick and dispatch times 3) Overall increased capacity has provided a platform to take advantage of bulk buys to ensure maximum opportunity of finished goods 4) Staff enjoying their new workflow and configuration, and achieving greater pick throughout and job satisfaction #morethanjustastoragesolution #tonystrikesagain
