24.01.2022 Back better than ever. Had a back injury & got really sick. It’s my fourth week back training 5-6 times per week. Taking action on getting myself back on track with training & nutrition. I’m a firm believer in always giving your best to get the best outcomes/results. So that goes for anything you’re trying to achieve in your life, if you aren’t willing to put your best effort in anything you do you’re simply never going to get the best result.... So it’s time to start training harder for myself and even yourself too.

20.01.2022 Absolutely shattered. Just as we were all getting back up onto our feet this happens for the second time round. The next 6 weeks will be tough for everyone, we are all in the same situation, I know it’s weird, we don’t know what’s going to happen next, but we will get through this together. Ps. Don’t forget to check in with your loved ones, friends and ask the question if they’re okay!... Happy Monday x

14.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT! @lyssie.britten Alyssa has been doing online coaching with me for just over 4 weeks now. This is her before and after photos for just 4 weeks, 4 WEEKS and you can already see a difference. It’s client adherence that’s gotten her this far already, she’s determined, motivated and training with a purpose. Alyssa came to me wanting a program each week, which is individualised for her. She came to me with her goals, I came up with the program just for her. Week... in, week out she executed it with flying colours. That’s block 1 done, now time for block 2 where we will be stepping things up a notch. There’s no excuses for hard work. You just need to put the hard yards in and do it for yourself and what you’re working towards. I am very grateful that I even have online clients to begin with. Once again I’d like to say I’m very proud of Alyssa, all of her hard work is paying off! Another client who is absolutely crushing it @ Geelong, Victoria See more

12.01.2022 Ensure that you follow a plan. A plan will keep you accountable in a hectic time with coronavirus going around. Motivation to get to the gym and working out might be low.... Despite that stay consistent and positive, stick to a plan...the results will happen. ONLINE COACHING IS ACCESSIBLE ensuring that you do remain on track. Send me a DM or email me at [email protected]

09.01.2022 The world has stopped and is giving you the time, you need to rest, reset and get your sh*t together. Don’t waste time, don’t let time go by and you haven’t done anything to better yourself. Yes, it’s so easy to be lazy I get that. But with everything going don’t use it as an excuse not to do anything. Quit feeling sorry for yourself. Take action, but most importantly get shit done. Wearing @eliteelevensporting & @musclenation

08.01.2022 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT @nnatalielyon !!! Natalie has been doing online coaching with me for 4 blocks now. Natalie used to restrict herself with eating and she has forgotten to do that now. She is eating when she is hungry and implementing good foods every day. I feel so much happier, I was in such a bad state when I started coaching with you, coaching and you have helped me so much I cant even thank you enough... To me it’s not about clients money, to me it’s all about my clients progressions and goals. Everything takes time, trust the process and keep kicking goals. Nat is trusting the process, adhering to herself, knowing what her goals are with training. She is happy with her results so far and I can’t wait to see where this takes her. As you can see in her before and after photos - more lean muscle, abs are popping, glute gains, leaner hamstrings, defined shoulders, quads popping!!! If you have ever wanted to see what’s in for my online coaching don’t be afraid to email or DM me! REMEMBER CONSISTENCY IS KEY

05.01.2022 I hope everyone is staying motivated, determined, healthy and fit through these tough times, we are all nearly there and I am so excited to gyms to re open again. Ps. Who’s your training buddy? Mines @imogenharris_ Happy Tuesday

05.01.2022 2 more days...are you ready? @snapwaurnponds @ Snap Waurn Ponds

03.01.2022 We all need to keep moving. Don’t let this quarantine stop you from reaching your fitness goals, or any goals in general. We all need to have the drive in us to keep on going no matter how hard it has been for each and every one of us the past couple weeks, from having a business put on hold to being isolated in our homes.... I was so negative at the start of all of this, but I changed my look on everything. This whole situation won’t be going away anytime soon so ensure you are spending quality time with family; this is a blessing in disguise for us to all reset from our busy lives. Stay in your everyday routine don’t lose a grip on that, work on a new skill, go for a walk do anything to keep you occupied and your goals still in vision. Make the most out of this situation, we are all going to get through this together

01.01.2022 Stepping things up a notch. @ Snap Waurn Ponds
