25.01.2022 We really need your help!!!! DM Realty Community Chest is getting very very low on our pantry food items. We have some tenants that are doing it exceptionally tough at the moment through no fault of their own. They are doing the right thing by keeping us in the loop. They are just managing to pay their rent but then are having difficulty with buying food. Hopefully their situation will be sorted very soon but in the meantime it would be great if we can help them in other areas so please Help DM Realty Help Others by dropping off donations to 149 Kings Rd Pimlico--Any help will be greatly appreciated

21.01.2022 2 more lots of tenants referred to The Red Cross today for support- Goodness how tough people are doing it in Townsville- 1 lot accepted some bread and sausages from DMREALTY Community Chest to help feed their family. Thank goodness we have these supplies in place to help people before the other support kicks in

21.01.2022 This is the reward of the work we have been doing with one of our tenants. She has been in a off work due to her diabetes and struggling to pay her rent. We have tried to work out what food she is meant to be eating to help lower her blood sugars. We have bought some and had her try different foods she has never eaten before. While eating these different foods her blood sugars have now stablized. Today we bought her a basket of the right foods for her health. She was so surpr...ised and happy as she knows that we have been there supporting her with her health and hopefully she will be back at work back earning money so that she will be soon also back on track with her rent. She took the food we bought home and put it away. Not long after she came back with food from her pantry that she now knows is not good for her health. The tenant says she is feeling so much better and satisfied with her new lifestyle change. It is so rewarding that DM Realty have been able to help this tenant out in this way. In so doing this is has stablized her tenancy. She will be able to catch up her rent arrears and have no issues with with her tenancy. The owner will be pleased as they will have a tenant who is up to date with their rent. Win win all round See more

12.01.2022 We have finally finished setting up our crate of biscuits and added a Footprints Bookmark. These will be donated to The Calvary School for their Spring Fair.
