25.01.2022 Video of a heat treatment that we did in Sydney last month. We teamed up with Thermonox & had a thermal imaging camera on hand to monitor the heat throughout the property. Yep the camera is saying 74 degrees! Heat treatments solve so many issues like damp, mould & eliminates all life stages of an insect / termite (which chemical treatments can’t achieve).... A chemical free, non toxic process all whilst using just dry heat ! What awesome technology. D&A #remediation #startingfresh @sam_diego_

21.01.2022 Remediation work has been our go to for the start of this year. This home had the upstairs bathroom leaking into the downstairs laundry area. After fixing the shower / bath leak upstairs, we rebuilt the downstairs area. New walls, new waterproofing, new tiles, new tapware & fresh paint. D&A

20.01.2022 Got paint?? This is what 270 litres of paint looks like. Dulux Wollongong were amazing in getting this paint sorted for us during the end of year rush. We are using the highly recommended Dulux Acratex range to finish off our Hebel Powerfence project. ... First: a prep coat of primer. Second: a coat of Acratex 3mm granular low-mid texture profile. 19.01.2022 The HEBEL CSR powerfence process: A quick time lapse video for the assembly of the powerfence aerated concrete panels, using the unique bracket system, Hebel adhesive & a bit of muscle. The panels were prepped & cut to size before installation & the base of the bottom panel was waterproofed. We have 2 x half panels to go on top to finish this section. After that we’ll fix off each bracket with self drilling metal screws & cover the posts with a thick fibre cement post cover.... Then to paint.... 11.01.2022 Looks like earthquake damage, but its actually from re-levelling a home. We helped install some new piers, fixed a few existing piers & re-levelled the house in readiness for its new extension. Some internal linings will need fixing, but all is level now D&A

The steps will fit three whole boards perfectly & we even painted the top of the stringer wood black, so that you can’t see it through the decking gaps when looking down.
