13.01.2022 Come on down to North Sunshine Tennis Club on Tuesday nights at 7.30pm to take part in either an Open Court Session or Cardio Tennis Class. Open Court Sessions is a fun new Tennis Australia program designed for those who’ve never played before or those who’ve been away from the game a while (maybe measured in decades!) and feel they may be a little rusty! Coaches use modified balls and courts to make the game easier to play. The club put on a sausage sizzle and a drink after... the session and for only $10 is a bargain! The program runs til the end of March 2020. Cardio tennis is a fun fitness based session catering for all levels of players. You get to hit (or miss!) lots of balls during some high intensity drills and point based games thus burning plenty of calories (approx 500 to 800). Cardio is also great for time poor adults who don’t have time to play competition tennis.
