25.01.2022 In my second class today, the kids spontaneously went and sat by the wall and started keeping the beat on their knees. Random but fantastic. We also had a lot of fun with the bells.

24.01.2022 This week has been a hard week. I suspended lessons which is the first time Ive done this in 33 years. Today I sent out a hello song to my students. I intend to send a new song until I get my lessons on line. This is what I got back tonight. It literally made me cry as well it also made my day

24.01.2022 In view of the fact I suspended face to face lessons this week, I would like my parents to go onto their emails daily to receive a song that we can sing together. Can you please let me know how this goes.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone, Kev received a phone call late yesterday arvo to say that his surgery for Wednesday has been postponed. In light of this, we dont know when it will, so I wondering if its ok to have music as normal as I will be here. If you have any problem with this, can you please give me a call on 49573047. ... Can you also please confirm you have seen this. Sorry for the change of plans but as you can see its way out of our hands. 21.01.2022 The two year olds this week really enjoyed our jack in the box game and enjoyed sitting listening to our numbers story.

21.01.2022 Im continuing to send a song/rhyme/story to the kids everyday. Here are two responses. Mums are telling me the kids are loving the video and bring lots of joy. Im happy.

20.01.2022 At the babies class this morning, everyone wanted to sit on my lap at once. :) Life is good. Then it was time to make some giggles. There are just a couple of vacancies in this class if you would like to join us. We are up to week 4 of term 1.

19.01.2022 We had a lot of fun today. Birdie Birdie, 2 Little Dickie Birds and the big kids learnt how to play Lucy Locket. The mummies and Nanas present had a ball. :)

18.01.2022 Today we welcomed Daddy Ryan to our class. We had a lovely time. Dario loved sitting with the other big boys.

16.01.2022 Today we welcomed Tan & Alexander, re-welcomed Daddy Luke with Asha and Emily and Nina. We had a fab time using our claves and our doing our bounce rhyme. The kids faces say it all.

16.01.2022 Since Ive suspended my classes due to social distancing and protection for each other, Ive been sending a video to my students every day. 16.01.2022 Today we had the best on line lesson possible for our little 1 - 2 year olds. They did so well and sat with their mums and took it all in. They wriggled and giggled and jogged around in their lounge rooms. Im continuing with my classes with an online platform and my term 2 commences on Tuesday 14/4. 16.01.2022 Today I welcomed Penny and Hamishs Ma and new students Galina and Jaxon with mummy Milla. We had a fab lesson. The kids were very enthusiastic and keen to have a go of everything.

14.01.2022 Lots of fun at the 1-2 year music lesson today

14.01.2022 Lots of fun today with a skipping game and the soldier rhyme. Notice the difference between the kids being a lazy soldier and when the captain stamps their foot and the lazy soldiers jump to attention. These kids are doing so well.

14.01.2022 It was raining today during lesson. So what you do is sing a rain song. The kids loved using the rain maker. Cameron you are so beautiful with the smaller kids. So helpful. Also lovely to gave daddy Ryan present today

11.01.2022 This week we welcomed Hazel, Tanaka and Takuezwa We had a lovely lesson. One of the mums shared a Spanish song with us.

11.01.2022 We had a fabulous on line lesson today. So much integration, lots of smiling faces and happy times. Today, we played Jack in the box, Ring a ring a roses and a horsey song and some even rode their horse or car. Thank you parents for supporting your childrens music education via the zoom platform. Ive loved meeting with your kids each week. Hopefully next term we should be back in the music room.

11.01.2022 We had a fabulous end to our music year today. I'm sure these photos tell the story. Today we welcomed Gran who has been bringing her grandkids for 13 years. We welcomed Hamish and Penny's big sister. We welcomed The newest student who was 4 days old. So wonderful to see the whole family here and even mum just out of hospital. Thank you everyone for your support. ... Whilst I love my job, it is always sad to say good bye to students/families that have been attending music for years. But they grow up and move on. My job is done.

09.01.2022 The kids had a ball this week. Social distancing is not stopping us from having fun.This little boy loved playing "Little pigs"with his mothers toes.

08.01.2022 This week we welcomed Jen and Roman. The two years olds were very excited with the trucks that came to deliver our new fridge ........ right in the middle of music. Needless to say we got over the situation by singing some transport songs and then the balls were the decoy. Win on all counts.

07.01.2022 Wow what a fulfilling experience. Firstly I stayed up until 1 am to be a part of Elizabeths and Jacks "Music Together" first online class. This was very special for me and they got such a thrill out of me being in their television, as they didnt know I was going to do it. I was invited by the US teacher to see how it went prior to my own classes today. Then I held two classes this morning. I can report these went really well. Im not denying that you dont need loads of ene...rgy, but it was so rewarding. The kids absolutely had a ball and to see their joy was worth every bit of energy I used. Jack and Elizabeth also were able to join my class for a little of the time, which again was very special. Take care. feeling blessed.

07.01.2022 Last lesson for the 2 year olds today who had a fab time. Thank you to the kids mummies and Grammies for your support this year especially through Covid and our online lessons and for loaning me your kids each week.

03.01.2022 We had a fabulous lesson today and yesterday with my music kids on zoom. In these times of social distancing, it certainly is a wonderful way to have normal (visual anyway) contact with your students. I hope you are continuing to enjoy my daily video song/rhyme. 03.01.2022 My second class today went well also. The implementation of my COVID 19 rules have not been too difficult. Everyone really enjoyed being back and participated fully. It was simply a joy. We welcomed Amanda and Darius into this class today Everyone particularly loved playing Jack in the Box. I certainly noticed how much the children had grown since Id seen them in the flesh way back in March.

01.01.2022 The big kids loved playing the cuckcoo game today. They could work out how to change their positions so everyone had a turn of being the cuckcoo without my help. :) Love my job.
