We all knew 2020 had been a shocker but we thought we’d go out quietly and relatively normal - COVID you’ve reared your ugly head yet AGAIN and thrown a MC in the bowl!!! ... 10.01.2022 Do you even......... Argh. I can’t even think. Not only is it that weird time between Christmas and New Year where you’re not sure what day it is and it’s always leftovers for lunch - but we’re STILL in lockdown. We had a strange albeit lovely Christmas in the end with the gorgeous Hayley Hill and her family, both of us Iso Orphans. ... We’ve been trying to pretend that we’re away on our annual family holiday in Seal Rocks by chilling as much as possible, and the TM6 has been getting a bit of a workout including lasagne with dairy free béchamel sauce, and today I made a delicious salted caramel slice!!! 03.01.2022 PINCH ME!!! Do you even Staycation? I’ve surprised hubby and taken him into the city to a the Shangri La, a place I’ve wanted to stay for years but never thought worth the splurge. In September I decided I wanted the new TM6 - but didn’t want to pay for it. So I became a consultant to simply earn my machine. The bonus of a second bowl and blade set would be icing on the cake. ...
