19.01.2022 If you have been overseas in the last 14 days and have cold/flu-like symptoms, please call our reception immediately to organise a Telehealth consult with one of our GPs. If you have been overseas in the last 14 days and feeling well, you need to self-quarantine for 14 days from the date you arrived in Australia. You must also self-quarantine if you have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19. During your self-quarantine period, if you develop cold/flu-like sy...mptoms, please call our reception to organise a Telehealth consult with one of our GPs. Self-quarantine means staying at your home, hotel room or provided accommodation and not leaving for the period you are required to quarantine. People who usually live in the same household can be at home too. Do not allow any visitors into the home. To protect other members of the household, you should as much as possible: - Stay in a room away from others - Sleep in a separate bedroom - Use a separate bathroom - Maintain good hand hygiene and a social distancing of minimum 1.5 meters - Cover your cough or sneezes. Being in isolation can be hard and stressful, however treat it as an opportunity to do things that you usually have no time for like reading books, drawing, knitting and playing board games.
