23.01.2022 Good Morning, To help with our phone lines constantly been inundated, we have decided to re-open online bookings via our App, however These are for PHONE CONSULTATIONS only... You will not be attending the practice to see a doctor. The Doctor who is on Phone Duty will call you as close to your appointment time as possible. If the Doctor has any concerns, or feel you need to be physically seen, we have steps in place to make that happen. Procedures have also been put in place to obtain scripts etc. The Doctor phoning you will be calling from a Private Number. Please do your best to answer this, as they will only attempt to you call twice. If you miss a phone call during work hours, contact the practice and they will organise another return phone call. However, if it is not during a normal work day, you will need to book another phone consultation online (if any available) or when Reception reopens. This is a trial an error, so please bare with us while we work out any issues that may arise, however we want our patients to know we are doing the best we can during this time. As always, thank you to those of you who have respected our current policies that have been put in please. Stay Safe.
