18.01.2022 Dear Everyone, I am just trying to get the word out that our house call service that I have been trying to set up for about 2 years is about to be launched on Monday. The biggest delay has been ensuring that we have enough doctors to sustain the service and it has taken this long to get doctors though AHPRA and into operation! Dial a Local Doctor has already run into the lack of doctor trouble having sessions vacant and unable to increase services to deal with the workload.... Hopefully you can promote our service to your customers and let them all know that we will visit and BB until 11pm. Looking forward to your support and being able to provide Mackay with a better service - and to the Nursing Homes! Dr H John McIntosh

03.01.2022 We are all excited about our start tonight! The call centre will start accepting bookings from 4pm by phoning 49 655 944 for your bulk billing home visiting doctor. News Falsh: To overcome any confusion, the Dr To U service will be bulk billing patients that are seen until midnight so there will be no charges and fully bulk billing before midnight!... We have two cars available and therefore have the capacity to see more patients quicker. We aim to never say: "We are sorry but we are fully booked" or "Sorry there are no doctors available"!
