20.01.2022 I'm a tool! yes if you earn it, you have to wear it. During last night's Deliveries, I managed to get poor old Penny wedged on a shrub, on the edge of a ditch in someone's drive way. Not my proudest moment. Enter the Fitzgerald family. A lovely couple, with daughter who was self isolating after a mainland trip, tried to push me clear, but the task needed even more muscle. Across the road was a fire pit and some good Samaritan who, put down their beverages to come to the aid ...of the stuck fool with the pretty fish on the side of his car and pushed it to safety. Thank you to you all. But of course now I was half an hour late with my next delivery. A great bloke by the name of Chris. Now I figured I'd earnt a spray. Instead all I got was understanding and the comment, "she's right mate. Small business is a tough gig." Great Dodges Ferry/Carlton people one and all. 02.01.2022 Bel's whipped up one of my favorites. Jacket potatos and garlic butter with coleslaw, bacon cheese and sour cream. This time instead of a Bolognese mince, she's used a taco spice mix. Sensational! Sweet chilli sauce is optional but I highly recommend it to finish off this little masterpiece.
