24.01.2022 Millie is one of my old mobile clients that I pick up on my day off. Her mum is elderly and doesn’t drive. Millie gets so excited

23.01.2022 DOGAWASH SLEEPOVERS Welcome to Dogawash Sleepovers. Sleepovers is exclusive only to regular Dogawash clients. Its a safe alternative for your fur babies to have a sleepover or a holiday when your away.... Only dogs from one family will be minded at a time. They must be house trained, non destructive and up to date in their flea treatments as they will be staying in my home; and treating it as theirs. Depending on dogs age and health they will have regular walks. For those having a holiday with me, they’ll probably enjoy a visit to the local cafes for an outing. Costs will be $30 a night and you provide their food so their dietary requirements remain the same. If they have a favourite toy or bed, bring that along to their sleepover. For those dogs staying seven nights or more, they will be bathed so they go home smelling fresh and clean. If your dog introduces fleas to my home there will be a $50 charge. Dogawash Sleepovers will not be able to accept any dogs on Christmas Day. So if your interested, call me and book an appointment on 0419446997 . If you wait, you could miss out because someone has already booked the dates you want.

19.01.2022 CONFIRMATION POLICY All appointments are to be confirmed by owners prior to Dogawash accepting appointments. Dogawash will send out SMS reminders, up to five days in advance and repeat these messages a number of times. If you do not respond, you will receive a message prior to appointment advising it has been cancelled as you have not responded to messages. If your phone has been turned off or is broken, that is not my problem. In this case, you need to contact me somehow to ...confirm appointment Those with landlines will receive a number of calls. If they don't answer, messages will be left. Like mobiles, if confirmation not received the appointment will be cancelled. Why does Dogawash need this policy? Because some people change their minds and don't notify appointments no longer required, Dogawash does not need to waste time so if you don't require an appointment let Dogawash know, then there is an opportunity to book someone else who wants an appointment If you confirm and do not attend at allocated time or do not respond to any confirmation requests you will be charged a $30 fee as you have cost another client a grooming spot

12.01.2022 TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE Dogawash is a daytime business so it's easy for you to SMS me in daytime hours so common sense should prevail. Call or message me during the day. Do not message me at 11.30 pm at night, even 8.30 pm is not acceptable. I'm up early due to insomnia, work in a physically demanding job and need my rest - so please think before you wake me up!

08.01.2022 Rory after his groom

05.01.2022 CoCo might have high anxiety but the two of us have come together and compromised to get through the groom with less stress

05.01.2022 PANCREATITIS Pancreatitis can be a death sentence for some dogs if you don’t get is diagnosed early. Some people think dogs of all sizes can eat anything but that’s just a myth. Their body is not designed to eat foods we eat so be careful what you give them or it may be a very expensive trip to the vet. I’ve lived through this. My West Highland Terrier X KoKo was on a special diet and her grand dad often would give her things she. shouldn’t eat and she got pancreatitis. Seven visits to the vet and two hospital stays - she survived but her heart was damaged so she then was put on heart medication for two years before she lost her battle
