So those thinking about coming we have also included a special that your fur-babies will be able to get a bath, blow dry, nails, doggy perfume and... either a bow or bandana for only $20 from 6pm - 9pm ONLY! And... don’t worry about it being abit too cool for a bath aswell as we will have warm water and lots and lots of cuddles in with the towel afterwards Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow! Also you will now be able to get some moment biscuits delicious Halloween goodies at the event aswell! 13.01.2022 It extremely important and common courtesy to let businesses know when you can no longer attend or make your appointment. We send reminder text messages the day before, reminding you of the time of your appointment. When you receive this reminder and you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP. There is always a good chance we can fill that appointment or move some forward. Unfortunately we had two no shows this morning at 8am, that’s two staff now waiting until 9.30... for there next appointment to come in. Unfortunately in these uncertain times, that is a lot of money spent on wages with no income coming in. We want to stay strong through these times and not have to close our doors because of the impact of COVID - 19. We love our salon and our customers and would hate to see that happen. Please be considerate to not only my small business but also others that rely heavily on appointment only income. We would much rather you phone, even if it’s last minute so we can either give that booking to someone who will show or we re-organize our day so it’s more cost and time efficient. 12.01.2022 Wow oh wow, what a week this world is having! I would like to say it has been business as usual, but unfortunately not. As you can only imagine with no one being able to travel, no one needs pet boarding I had to stand down 5 of my wonderful amazing staff members this week. It is only a stand down until everything is back to normal, but that doesn’t matter, it seriously broke my heart. ... The amount of tears I have shed this week, I am surprised I have any left. Thank you to Sarah, Kurt, Jessie, Jay-née and Dana. You 5 are the best team anyone could ask for. Not only do you all turn up to your shifts every single time, you all work so hard and give so much love to our guests and you always keep the place immaculate and with a big smile. I can’t wait for you all to return in the very near future. Thank you and I am sorry. Xxxx Next week at this stage (unless there is another announcement between now and then) we are only open for day care on Wednesday and Thursday at Mary Valley. Ocean st - Grooming appts will only be Wednesday and Friday next week. With the possibility of another day. Brighton- Grooming Wednesday to Saturday appts only. Please know we are taking this very seriously and closely monitoring the health of our team. If at any time the team no longer wants to continue working due to the safety of their health we will close with very minimal notice.
