10.01.2022 Say hi to Rita, she’s a bundle of fun looking for her forever home. Rita is an American bulldog who thrives on attention. She’s fit and fairly active, good on a... lead and waiting for adoption from Geelong Animal Welfare Society, GAWS. Our Ranger Services staff love working together with GAWS, seeing unclaimed impounded animals cared for and hopefully going to new homes. Council supports pet adoptions by offering the first 12 months of registration free for all animals which have proof of adoption from a welfare or rescue centre. GAWS staff and volunteers do an amazing job 5280 animals passed through the Moolap centre last year.
