05.01.2022 Appointment / Cancellation update Firstly we would like to thank everyone from Wagga and surroundings who have put their trust and support into Dog Star Pet Grooming. The response we have received since starting out has been overwhelming and we are so grateful. Please know we do our best to reply to all messages as soon as possible and In the meantime we appreciate your patience. I would like to let everyone know that I am now booked out until mid January 2021 and i will ...also no longer be taking any more names for my cancellation list for this period also. Please note I am still actively taking bookings from mid January 2021 so please get in touch to book in after these dates. Cancelling appointments As mentioned above I am fully booked with a cancellation list. I am very understanding that life happens and ask that all clients please do their best to provide minimum 24 hours notice if needing to cancel an appointment. This courtesy ensures I can fill in the time dedicated to your animal for someone who is waiting to have a bath as well
