24.01.2022 We are urging everyone to keep updated on events they are planning to attend in the future. While the message up to now in relation to COVID-19 has been to go about your plans as usual the new directive as of Monday is to not attend mass gatherings over 500 people. Some markets will potentially still go ahead and some will be cancelled we encourage you to check with the fb pages of any Events youre looking to attend to see if theyre still going to be held or check our page. At this stage our only cancelled market is the Winchelsea Makers & Growers Market which was going to be on April 5th and would have been the last one for the season. We look forward to seeing our friends from Winch in Spring when the market recommences.

22.01.2022 Sorry to disappoint guys but Dog Stinger Honey will not be attending the Newtown Farmers Market tomorrow as we believe that the best course of action is to heed the governments warning and "Stay at home" there are many ways although not as convenient of providing and obtaining the produce direct from the farmer that we all love and need. At DOG STINGER HONEY we have several options for completely contactless sales and supply. 01.01.2022 Police are investigating a burglary at Winchelsea's The Vault shop, with $50,000 worth of leather products stolen from the premises. Criminal investigators beli...eve the burglary occurred between October 15 and 4pm Tuesday and that offenders likely spent a large amount of time in the shop, where they smashed glass cabinets and left with a raft of valuable items. Torquay CIU detectives and the shop's owners are asking the local community to look out for any of the distinctive leather products, like wallets, handbags or shoes, that are advertised for sale. Anyone with information about suspicious items or the incident should contact police or CrimeStoppers.
