Any spectator who can take a catch gets a free feed for two from our food truck!! ... Bring on the sixes I say! The Jimboomba Bushrangers cricket club are hosting Pink Stumps Day. What a great cause. We’ve all been affected or touched by cancer in one way or another!! This is a time to see what is achievable when people come together! It’s on Saturday 20th February and help us raise some much needed funds for the McGrath Foundation. Last year the club successfully raised over $10,000. That’s pretty amazing work. They want to smash that this year with your help. Come down, come down , and bring everyone with you. A great day of cricket and laughs on the oval with Friends in a friendly family atmosphere! It doesn’t get any better. If I wasnt cooking I’d throw down a few well flighted leggies myself. Watch the wickets tumble? HERE’s THE CARROT!!!!!!!! They are holding a Bushrangers vs celebrity match under lights at 7pm. Celebrity Players: Michael Hancock, Matt Gillett, Karmichael Hunt, Clay Waterman, Sam Lang (Australian LMS Captain), Joel Hall, Nathan St Ledger and Scott Bannan. Celebrity Visitors: Jimmy Maher, Jeff Thomson, Michael Kasprowicz, Ryan Harris, Nathan Reardon, and Carl Rackemann. Food Vans: The Frying Scotsman, Dogstop 360, Rollin Spit, Chef 365 and Thom & Ann's Coffee. Raffles and special auctions on the night. Bring blankets and chairs (and aerogard) and wear something pink to show your support for the cause! Come along for a fun family-friendly event for an amazing cause! Gates open at 4pm. 04.01.2022 Come and see what all The fuss is about at City Gate Food Trucks this Friday night!! 9 food trucks including myself. Live music and entertainment for the kids!! We will be serving hand made croquettes, we are taking a trip back to the 70’s here and still a favourite snack all over parts of Europe, with our beef bouruignon and truffle mash centre’s, spinach, fetta and pine nuts in a nutmeg Bechamel and and ham and gooey cheese.
