I have trained and worked with the best in the world.... I’ve trained with hundreds of pro bodybuilders, learnt and gained insight from every one of them. I was the weights coach at the Carlton football club for 5 years, specialising in explosive power, injury prevention and designing and implementing rehab programs. I hosted Max’s muscle TV for 10 years. In that role we examined and perfected every single exercise; teaching trainers how to train. I have trained world championship fighters, wrestlers, basketballers and a myriad of professional sports people from widely-varied disciplines. I have invented exercises, perfected movement and corrected posture. Learnt to hit every muscle from every angle. Mastered teaching the mind-muscle connection. I have a particular skill set and teaching ability that I’m very proud of and have spent a lifetime learning and refining. What I can teach you cannot be learned from fitness school, a book or from the Internet. I am available to teach you. My sessions last 90 minutes and are $500 for one person or $600 for two people. Knowledge is power, and this is an investment that will pay for itself over and over.
