In 2011 we began in a shed in Garsed Street. . In 2014 we renovated an historic landmark building in High Street and moved. . By 2018 we refurbished all of our equipment. . In 2020, despite significant hardship, we renovated our High Street home AND expanded into an adjoining building during Covid shutdown. . In addition to our 1st class unisex gym facility we now offer CLASSES and a FEMALE ONLY gym. . We continue to evolve and to improve our facility with further expansion plans for 2021. .
