01.01.2022 This is a huge reminder to anyone getting ready to take on a new challenge this year - it's never too late. Last year, Reem took a big step and joined our 12-week challenge. She lacked confidence and doubted her physical capabilities. After 12 weeks, she went from completing 7 pushups to 25 in a minute! She increased her squats from 25 to 36 in a minute and lost 6% body fat, scoring her runner-up prizes. *Remember: It's NEVER too late. Congrats Reem!
