20.01.2022 My personal fav for lunch is this: jumbo size warm Savouries Muffin with italian sundried tomato, freshly grated parmesan cheese and spinach, served with our Thyme and carmelised onion jam. The mini baby version is on our high tea menu... but I will need 6 of them instead... The muffin is freshly made and like our pulled pork, once gone, you will need to wait for the next day.

12.01.2022 Kitchen taste test... a peek of a possible on the new menu to come. Smoky pulled lamb, rocket and garlic aioli. A dose of freshly cracked pepper. On toasted yummy bread (haven't figure out what texture suits it best). The lamb is slow cooked 6 hours, hand pulled and lightly grilled for better texture. We all think its a wonderful idea, what are your thoughts?
