A whose who , spanning many decades , of former Socceroo Coaches & greats . ... Also including former and current Football administrators, Media and Football tragics . 20.01.2022 As Sydney blissfully slept, Team Dolcissimo was up at the crack of dawn. First to the Sydney Markets at 3am to source the finest seafood and fish .......that money can buy. Then depart the Fish Markets for a quick dash over to Flemington Markets, buying direct from the growers......absolute quality fruit & vegetables. As such we now await you for lunch and dinner and todays Specials Saturday August 29th will be our signature dish spaghetti marinar...a with scampi, salmon and swordfish pieces, Tasmanian scallops and black mussels, a sprinkling of vongole, added with a portion of blue swimmer crab. As well we have today zucchini flowers and rice balls drizzled with gongozola cheese and we back up for a second day in a row due to incredibly ever popular white bait fritters accompanied by our unique in house aioli sauce ... .........when only the best WILL do ! Snapper fillets, white bait fritters, which are very scarce at the moment, but available at Dolcissimo and in excess of 24 spaghetti marinaras......was the order of night.
