07.01.2022 When your birthday is on a cold, raining day and you wake up to this..... Happy Birthday Renae! I know birthdays are about celebration and I hope today is the start of a great few days of celebration! ... But I also wanted to remind you today of the huge impact that you have on people. This has been a challenging year for the world, everyone has been affected in some way. But through your classes and PT sessions, you have been able to bring hope, resilience, strong physical and mental health to so many people - whether it is women who have been your clients for years, or people who are part of the NDIS where your sessions with them are the highlight of their week. For me personally, my sessions with you have been a life game changer. I am fitter, stronger and healthier now than I ever was in my twenties. If I went back to the person that showed up in your garage back in April and said I’d be able to box, run, do Guru on TRX, do stroops, smash fitness tests, lift the heavier weights and do push ups on my toes, I would have laughed and wouldn’t have believed it. But here I am and it’s all thanks to your coaching and pushing me to beat my best. So thank you for everything - I hope you have a great birthday and most of all, I hope it’s the start of a really happy, healthy and fulfilling year for you.
