23.01.2022 Day 13 TELSTRA..daily calls no success..said 5 days ago a reconnection order raised. 3 phone calls to the Ombudsman..they gave them until the 28th to fix..two calls later we have given you a case manager..marked urgent..but it may take a few days to contact you!!!! Still no case manager. Went to Greg Christensen’ office Telstra not a government company but will try. 0438 295 018 to contact us!! Please share!

23.01.2022 First time in 6 weeks our phone has rung. 48 emails, 172 phone calls, 23 text messages & 3 hang ups (on me) 2 false alarms when technicians were no show, 3rd time connected all the land lines yesterday except the main one 49444 777! Now the battle for compensation begins! Oh and tomorrow I transfer to another provider so this never never happens again.

23.01.2022 Hi all, Dolphin Heads Resort’s pool is a Private pool and as the Restaurant is closed so is the pool to all except those guests staying with us. Sorry if this has upset a few however that is the Body Corporate rules. Please don’t abuse the staff for doing their job!!!!

17.01.2022 Day 20 without phones...promises from both Telstra and Ombudsman office they will have a diversion on yesterday. Thank you to those who have tried to help. Those companies that have said they can put it on without Telstra..we have tried this, we have had others try..one has been an ex Telstra and a company that does their work...no luck. I have been hung up on by call centre staff.. I have had promises to call me back within the hour.. I have had promises that a technician will be here last Saturday..Monday, Wednesday..I have talked myself hoarse..and as soon as these phones are reconnected Telstra my business is going elsewhere. I can’t do it until they are..to complicated to explain but they are gone!!’ We are still open...call us on 0438 295.018 My rant is over and yeah I feel bette for it’

03.01.2022 Telstra no phones Day 24 saga!!MondayTelstra rings me, You have reported a fault..me yes my phones have been disconnected., no problem I will put you through to a technician..Technician, hello how can I help you, you rang me, no I did not, well the other guy did I have no phones for 22 days...long story short he hung up on me because it isn’t a fault on my phones is a disconnection and he can’t help me because Doddo needs to release the numbers back to Telstra...Go Telstra we have had lots of offers from different people to help but as they have the numbers and that makes it a software problem no one can help.
