24.01.2022 Today is very special day, we stopped to look back at our past and celebrate our great 75th years of history. In 75 years, this business was owned by Ray Smyth, Bill Purton, Entertainment Gaming Asia. From April 2013, Mario & Silvana Turcarelli, and Angelo Basile who purchased and still own Dolphin Products Pty Ltd (Australia). Dolphin Products started its humble beginnings in Murray Road, Preston Victoria Australia, as a toy manufacturer and Engineering tool room, making com...pression moulded toys and other consumer products. Over many years the Engineering, tooling and Innovative manufacturing skills were built up. And Dolphin Products now stands proudly and one of the highest skilled Plastics business’s in Australia. We have achieved some great things in its 75 years of history. Including the manufacture of over 5.7 Million TGA approved Safety Goggles for Australian Hospitals last year, to protect front line medical staff. 15.01.2022 Dolphin Products Christmas After what has been a really challenging year, it was time to reflect and celebrate our achievements. We presented the Dolphin Products State of the Nation, detailing each department’s contribution to the business, followed by our yearly awards. We have seen so many of our employees go above and beyond the call of duty this year. We are blessed with an amazing workforce. Congratulations to Harry for winning the Employee of the year award, Chew for... winning the Encouragement award, Van for winning the Rising Star award. A special thanks to Mary for winning the Spirit of Dolphin Award for her great contribution in keeping the factory clean and safe for all our workers! Each recipient is truly deserving and are congratulated for their efforts. In the past we normally take our employees out to Lunch, but with Covid restrictions in place we arranged to have our function on site. We made sure that we worked within restrictions. Lunch was set up as an Italian Pizzeria, where we all enjoyed our individual antipasto box, followed by our own wood fired boxed of pizza, that catered for all food allergies. Thank you to Il Padrino Woodfire Pizza@Il Padrino Woodfired Pizza for their great food, we all loved it! Thank you to all our Managers and staff and other stakeholders for supporting us this year. And a special thanks to Silvana and Natalie for arranging the function and all the fun games and prizes. We wish all our employees a wonderful Christmas, have a restful break, come back recharged for a great 2021.
