15.01.2022 The clients of this property have a young family and the design of the house restricted viewing from the inside of the house into the yard. The rear bedroom had an ensuite that was rarely used and with there already being 2 bathrooms in the house they decided that removal of that bathroom will not affect them. We removed the ensuite, backpropped the external wall and re bricked in a steel lintel ready for a new bi-fold door to be installed to match the other 2 that were alre...ady apart of the lounge room. All of this was done without carrying any material in or out of the property there by making no mess through the living areas. In all the lounge area was extended a further 2m. With the installation of a new 2.4m bi-fold door an abundance of light and cross flow of air was added not to mention the un-interupted views of the backyard from the kitchen and living areas. 02.01.2022 This driveway was undriveable and was awkwardly steep to go up or down. The client asked for a cost afffective method to make use of the unused entrance. We inclined nearly 6m and turned around a corner to reach an existing front porch that we extended, and now the client can make use of the beutiful cul-de-sac in which they live in.
