A total screen area of over 92 square meters covering windows and openings.... 568 stainless steel retaining screws were installed into the brick walls. All screens have been sealed to the brick using Sikasil 670 Fire Silicone Sealant. The screens were required to be installed to protect neighbouring property in the unlikely event of a fire in the premises. See more

02.01.2022 This month we will look at security tips for the upcoming Christmas/New Years holidays. Its a great time of year to celebrate with family and friends, maybe getaway for the well-earned holiday and recharge the batteries, but who is looking after your home when youre not there? Servicing your alarm before going away will help prevent false alarms which can be annoying to your neighbours. 1. Clean the surface of each movement sensor with a moist ... cloth. 2. Wipe away cobwebs in the general area. 3. Spray the cover of the movement sensor with insect repellant. 4. Ensure no items are in front of a movement sensor. 5. Place your alarm in test mode and walk test your home to ensure all movement sensors, internal/external sirens are working. Now your alarm system is ready, lets look at a few things you can do outside your home. 1. If your security system is monitored let your monitoring station know and provide temporary contacts to call if the alarm activates. 2. Let your neighbours know you will be away, its comforting to know others will keep an eye on your home while youre gone. 3. Organise for your mail to be collected daily or held for you at the Post Office. 4. Cancel newspaper/magazine deliveries for the time you are away. 5. Park a family vehicle in the driveway, it gives the impression someone is home. Now that you have everything covered, go and enjoy yourself.
