04.01.2022 Roasted Salsa Verde. Done . Home grown Tomatillos, Onion & Garlic. Purchased fresh limes and coriander but these will be homegrown soon. Tangy & easy. Didn’t have great yield due to initial crop getting caterpillars in them but garlic and chilli spray fixed that issue. Moderate water required in crop success and learning plant growth for staking and restraining was doable. Seeds saved from unusable fruits.
