One of our favourite producers here is Philippe Alliet, based in the Chinon appellation well known for its bright, fresh and delicious Cabernet Franc. Sainte-Maure de Touraine (goat's cheese) would be a perfect match. We've recently bottled a new Cabernet Franc akin to a Loire style - bright, red fruited and very moreish.
