22.01.2022 PLEASE READ AND SHARE Here at don watts pest control we know the struggles of a lot of families lately due to the covid-19 situation being a small family business we’ve already noticed a massive change. So we thought there is a lot of people doing it tough, that can’t get to the shops or can’t afford certain things so my partner Kasey Powell and myself Kyle Watts thought it would be a good idea to try and help as much as we can, to the people who are doing it tough at this... time, it’s not a lot but it’s something. We have gathered a few essentials to hand out. So it will work as a nomination.. you can nominate yourself or a friend family member etc. ALL I ask regarding this case is please if your not struggling or doing it tough then nominate someone who is, this idea is to help the people who can’t get to the shops or just can’t find the extra money for a few things. Below is a picture of one of the gift bags like I said it is not a massive gift and also a list of the contents in the gift. I would also like to say a big thank you to Jemma and Ned Oldfield, who helped supply some of these things. Thanks again guys. We really appreciate everyone’s support over the years wether you’s have dealt with Don Watts, Steve Watts and me Kyle Watts. This is our way to show how appreciative we are. 21.01.2022 This wall didn’t show any termite damage 2 months ago, we were called in to have a look at a door frame that they’ve started attacking.. upon a further inspection we found that they have made their way throughout the wall.. we treated them using termidor foam which as you can see from these pics has worked a treat We started to pull the plaster off yesterday to get it ready to be all fixed by a builder but there is a chance the roof may fall in that’s why in the photo only ...abit of the plaster has been removed.. We didn’t know how much damage was done to the frame until we removed the plaster.. All In saying that we’re happy and the client is happy. 17.01.2022 We would like to thank our new and our regular clients for such a great year, we really appreciate your support we wouldn’t be still here today if it wasn’t for you’s! The end of the year is nearly here we are stopping work on the 24th of December as we’ve been flat out, we currently have a few spots open on the 23rd and 24th if you would like any job done we will also be open every day besides public holidays so if you need anything or if it’s just a few questions feel free to call us on 0419246615. 17.01.2022 Very happy with how our trelona bait stations have been going, this property is roughly 10 years old and had all the termite protection done when it was built but the termites have gotten into a bedroom about 3 metres from this station.. 4 weeks after install we have a hit which we are extremely happy about.. 05.01.2022 People often wonder why a termite inspection and a building inspection is worth it when buying a property. Before I get into this I have asked for the customers permission to post this. We had a phone call from a customer who recently purchased a property without a termite inspection.... They have closed the second story door into the skirting board, and what do you know there was termites, upon inspection and treating of the termites we have found active termites in the roof cavity. A termite inspection before purchasing wouldn’t of stopped the termites but they woulda picked them up which could have been sorted out before both parties exchanged contracts. This is why it is important to have a licensed pest controller inspect a house before purchasing here is a few photos of the damage in the roof.
