21.01.2022 Thank you to the 10 adults & 7 children from 7 families, who have attended Term 3 working bee this morning. Some of the completed tasks include raked leaves, cleared tan bark, new reed fence screening installed, assembled outdoor shelves for backyard, indoor hanging art installation, indoor roller blinds fixed, sanded wooden planter boxes and many more.

20.01.2022 Dont forget that it is "sports" dress up day today. Dress up in favorite sports gear, put on the team colors! It can be football, soccer, rugby, netball, whatever team you like - have fun!!

17.01.2022 Thank you to all the families who contributed to our raffle at the Welcome Picnic. With the money, we have purchased a new fish tank! One of our teachers, Sandy, wrote a little bit about our new arrival: "The 'Tuna Fish' has been one of the children's favourite songs to sing this term. They particularly enjoy doing the actions for all the different sea creatures in the song. The children were, therefore, very excited to notice our new class pet this week, a lovely dark blue ...Betta fish. Jamie did need to explain to one of the children though that we couldn't have a tuna fish as it would be too large for the fish tank. They have been enjoying watching the fish swim around the aquarium and hide inside the shell whilst at kinder. During our group time session, the children brainstormed some names. The names included, Jamie, J Mac and Puppy. The winning name in the end, as voted by the children, was Charlotte. The children also helped to plant seeds above the fish tank to create an aquaponic system. The plants help to clean the water for the fish and the waste created by the fish gives nutrients to the plants."
